Yoga in the Flowers

Unwind after a busy day amongst rows and rows of Dahlias with a 1 hour Hatha Style Yoga class. After your yoga practice, explore the many pathways of over 90 different flowers. 

When: Thursday, August 26th and September 2nd

Time: The class starts at 6 pm 

Where: The Dahila fields at the Richmond Sunflower Festival 

Price: $25* 

Includes 1-hour yoga and entrance to explore the Sunflowers after class

Meet Briana Smirfitt-Brown:

Briana first fell in love with her yoga practice while studying during university and used this time to move her body and take a break from all of the busyness. Slowly, her yoga practice evolved from being a workout to slowing down and reconnecting to herself - it became transformative. Briana has been teaching since 2018 and leads her students to slow down, become grounded, and find their calm.

Class Description:

Yoga classes will be Hatha style, a slower practice to stretch and strengthen your body while feeling relaxed and present. Enjoy a nourishing practice outside in the sunflower fields with a savasana soaked in sunshine.
